If your navigation system does not accept "Messegelände" (Exhibition Grounds), enter "Kronsbergstrasse" if you are travelling from the south and "Hermesallee" if you are travelling from the north. You can also enter "Messe" (fair) under special sites.

Either by one of the special trains organised by our partners (information on the special trains will be available here as of September 2012), or by one of the trains making a special stop in Hanover Messe/Laatzen. You can look up departure times at www.bahn.de – but only as of September 2012.

You can also take a scheduled train from Hanover Central Station to Hanover-Messe Laatzen. Alternatively you can travel by train to Hanover Central Station and then on to the Exhibition Grounds by tram line 8 or 18 up to Entrances Nord 1 and 2.

By tram line 8 and 18. The journey takes about 20 minutes to Entrance Nord.

From the Messebahnhof Laatzen station take the "Skywalk", a covered bridge with moving walkway, to Entrance West 1.

A shuttle service is operated as required between the airport (Terminal C, bus is marked as Shuttle Bus) and the Exhibition Grounds. Times and prices will be published as of September 2012. The transfer takes about half an hour in each direction.

DLG Members can visit EuroTier with a guest on two days of their choice between Tuesday, 13.11.2012 and Friday, 16.11.2012.

Yes, free admission applies for two persons on two days.

You can request a new DLG membership card up to two weeks before the exhibition from the membership service in Frankfurt, Tel.: +49 (0)69 24788 205 or from mitgliederservice(at)dlg.org. A replacement membership card can be issued at the DLG information stand at every entrance to the exhibition.

Up to two weeks before the exhibition you can order the exhibition catalogue from DLG-Mitgliederservice, Tel.: +49 (0)69/24 788-205 or by email from mitgliederservice(at)dlg.org. The catalogue is then sent to you free. At the Exhibition Grounds you can collect the catalogue at any DLG information stand at the entrances and at the DLG Expert Center or at the stands of DLG-Verlag.

You can buy the tickets from your desk at home as of September using the Hometicketing-System, pay by credit card and print the tickets out yourself. However, you can also buy admission tickets at the ticket desks at every entrance, paying by cash, EC card or credit card.

Yes, the cash desks accept the standard credit cards such as VISA, Master or AMEX as well as EC cards.

A VIP ticket gives you free admission on each exhibition day of the exhibition. Just complete the ticket and hand it in at the entrance gate. You do not need to exchange the VIP ticket at a cash desk.

Children accompanied by adults have free admission to the exhibition up to their 13th birthday. Children aged 13 and more pay the same price as students (more on prices here).

You can visit the exhibition at a reduced entrance price (more about prices here) from 13. - 16.11.2012. Admission is generally free for one person accompanying a visitor in a wheelchair.

All toilets at the Exhibition Grounds have facilities for disabled persons

Wheelchairs - including electronic wheelchairs - can be borrowed for a day free of charge at the Sanitätsstelle (Paramedic Center). More information will be available as of September 2012.

The opening times for visitors are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Exhibitors with an exhibitor season ticket or exhibitor day ticket have access to the grounds from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

There is a cloak room at every entrance area that also stores bags and cases.
